Nightly rates exclude the $200 per-stay cleaning fee and applicable taxes. Weekend rates apply to Friday and Saturday nights. Weekends have a 2 night minimum, weekdays 1 night, and most holidays 3 nights. Weekly and monthly stays are welcome by request.
